A Growth and Healing Circle is a small support group of 8 - 12 members who meet once or twice monthly in a member's home. In this relaxed setting we dialogue, give and receive information and feedback on the theme we've chosen, laugh often, cry sometimes, and work on our "stuff" while supporting the growth and healing of our fellow Circle members. Locations: private homes in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Themes: each Circle has a specific theme. You choose the theme that best meets your needs. See  circle themes

Circle Members: share a common interest in the Circle's theme and a desire to support each other, form friendships, and build community.

Frequency: Circles form once or twice monthly; based on the needs of members and their hosts.

Times: Circles are 1.5 hr - 2 hr events with the last 30 minutes set aside for socializing. They can be held in the daytime, evening, or weekend.

Costs: $12.00 / Circle in Vancouver, $15.00 / Circle in the Fraser Valley
